We offer infrastructure management services on a variety of platforms, servers, routers, switches, network links and applications. We remotely monitor health of IT infrastructure and generate alerts to take appropriate actions.

This services is offered in two options :

Option 1: Monitoring service

• Service limited to remote monitoring and alerting only; corrective actions are done by the customer's IT staff

Option 2: Monitoring and managing

• Service include remote monitoring and taking corrective actions by Catalyst support team; either remotely or onsite depending on the nature of the problem
